Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 is the 13th international exhibition for food and beverages, hotels, restaurants, bakery and food processing equipment, supplies and services. For the first time it is held in cooperation with Hotelex.

• Food and beverages: packaged food, fresh ingredients, confectionery, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, dairy, organic and health foods.
• Hotel and restaurant solutions: kitchen equipment, catering technology, hotel management services.
• Business connection: meeting suppliers, widening partner networks and raising brand profile in the Vietnamese market.

Participating markets

Companies come from Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia, Italy, France and other European countries - markets with established food, beverage and hospitality equipment sectors that have appeared at previous editions and return in 2026.

• Asia: Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia in processed food, beverages and HoReCa services; South Korea, Japan and China in food, beverages, kitchen equipment and hotel management technology.
• Europe: Italy, France and Germany in wine, cheese, pastry and premium restaurant equipment; the United Kingdom and the Nordic countries in organic food and sustainable F&B solutions.
• Elsewhere: Australia and the United States, usually presenting meat, dairy, beverages and supply chain management technology.
