Designing a booth for a multinational logistics company at an event such as Smart Delivery Vietnam 2026 has to do two things at once: demonstrate technical capability, and make an impression on visitors and international partners.

Six things to weigh

1. Brand message and international scale

The booth has to convey a global logistics network and the ability to connect across borders. Use a short, memorable line that puts the emphasis on transport that is smart, sustainable and efficient.

2. An open, approachable layout

Set aside a separate meeting area for B2B conversation. An open plan makes it easy for visitors to step in, and reads as transparent and professional.

3. Current technology

  • LED screens showing video of global transport routes and successful case studies.
  • A demonstration area for supply chain management software or a real-time dashboard.
  • QR codes for visitors to download a brochure or capability profile, or to connect online.

4. Visual display

  • Infographics on transport capacity, delivery speed and specialist services - cold chain, hazardous goods, e-commerce.
  • A map of the international logistics network with the principal routes.

5. A green message

  • Environmentally sound booth materials: recycled wood, lightweight materials.
  • Images of green logistics: electric trucks, solar-powered warehouses, clean transport.

6. The visitor's experience

  • A VR or AR area where visitors can travel a global shipping route.
  • A short workshop or a demonstration of supply chain management.

The Prime Rich booth at Smart Delivery Vietnam 2025 shows what it looks like when function and brand recognition are handled together.

What the layout does well

  • Use of floor area. An L-shaped wall structure at a sensible height creates the most open space possible. In a hall as busy as Smart Delivery that matters: visitors can approach from several sides with nothing physical in the way.
  • Functional zoning. A red reception desk at the front for arrivals; a free-standing LED screen on the left for presentation; product shelving and information panels on the right making the logistics services visible; and an area for conversation and contact.
  • Flexible build. The structure is mostly flat panel sections, which makes transport and assembly quick and keeps on-site labour costs down.

What stands out in the build

  • Large-format branding. The stylised "P" logo combined with an aircraft, rising above the main wall, gives a strong 3D effect and makes the booth recognisable from across the hall.
  • A dynamic diagonal line. A red band running diagonally from the base of the desk to the top of the wall creates a sense of movement and speed - the qualities the logistics industry sells. In construction terms this line wants neon LED strip or polished aluminium to carry properly.
  • Spotlighting. Track lights above the main wall concentrate light on the shelving and the company name, giving the space depth and bringing the important content forward.
  • Material combination. Smooth painted wall surfaces, gloss acrylic on the logo and warm wood grain on the shelving together read as professional and current without feeling cold.

Advice

  • Simple but precise. Avoid the clutter of too many details; keep to the main message.
  • Consistent brand identity. Colour, typeface and imagery have to match the global brand.
  • Prepare the team. The people advising at the booth need to understand both the Vietnamese and the international market.
